What age can my child start karate?

Coach Milan works with children from age 4 upwards. Younger children focus on coordination, listening skills, and basic movement patterns. From age 6–7 they begin learning proper karate technique. There is no upper age limit.

Do we need any equipment for the first session?

No. Coach Milan brings all the equipment needed for the trial session. After that, he will advise you on what your child might need — usually just a karate gi (uniform) which can be bought easily in Dubai.

How often should my child train?

Most children see excellent results with one or two sessions per week. Coach Milan will recommend a frequency based on your child's age, energy level, and goals after the free trial.

Does Coach Milan train kids at group or individual level?
